    Skill Requirement

    The majority of employment in this unit group needs at least a bachelor’s degree as well as experience or knowledge equivalent to that acquired through experience.     4. Interaction with management and consumers to facilitate their awareness of existing policies, procedures, and quality control subject matter and exercises.
    5. Providing advice and developing and implementing ongoing training in the use of application software and procedures
    6. Starting an investigation and making effective judgments on technical incidents or concerns including installing, sustaining, upgrading, and installing Personal Computers, software, hardware, Printers, the Internet, E-mail, data bases, OS and security systems.
    7. To identify, isolate and diagnose system problems and to write software code based on the established test, test standards and specifications critical in determining that the systems adequately meet the required specifications.
    8. Performing surveys and evaluations of company infrastructures of designs and proposing present and future hardware and technical requirements.
    9. Prepare test reports and documentation to communicate findings, recommendations, and the overall quality of the ICT systems to stakeholders.

    English Requirement

    1. IELTS: At least 6 (L, R, and W), 7 in speaking, and 7 overall
    2. OET: At least a B in each section
    3. PTE Academic: Minimum score of 50 (L, R, W), 65 in speaking, and 65 overall
    4. TOEFL iBT: Minimum score of (L:12 R:13 W:21 S:23 overall 93)
